As an EGPI High Performance Coach, this enables me to use a multi disciplined and expansive approach to golf body conditioning, and Performance programs. I have worked with mant golf conditioning coaches and physiotherapists.

Golf body conditioning will improve the condition of your body for Golf. Most tournament professional's and elite amateurs now realise this is as important as having the right mental thoughts, and the right equipment. Improved body conditioning will improve the consistency of your swing, as your body controls the golf club. You will also feel better too!

Body conditioning concentrates on flexibility of your entire body, stability or your core and shoulders, and rotation of your lower and upper body.

Your golf swing works in a sequence of movements called the Kinetic Chain. This means that if or golf then the kinetic chain will be broken. All your power comes from the ground and your ability to generate force from the ground allows you to perform a consistent powerful golf swing. Most amateur golfers try to generate force from the arms and shoulders (over the top movement) rather than their legs. If physically you are unable to do this then a body conditioning program is a must.
