SWING - MIND - BODY CONDITIONING

These are the 3 key elements to playing sucessful golf.

Golf Swing coaching will improve the consisitency of your ball flight, which is important to shoot low scores. Your swing needs to be repeatable under pressure, as well as having a razor sharp short game. V1 video analysis is used along with auditory and kinaestehetic feedback. A Junior performance academy is also a large part of our service. As a junior community links facility we actively look to involve the wider community and introduce children to golf.

Golf Mind Coaching is vital. At least 70% of golf is affected by how your mind performs. You must have consistent thoughts, control your emotions, have a consisitent shot routine, and manage your game for at least 18 holes. Easier said than done!! NLP (neuro linguistic programming) techniques are used to help you with your mental skills.

Golf Body Conditioning vital for consistent performance. If your body does not perform consistently then neither will your golf swing. Good muscle flexibility, core stability, upper & lower body rotation, hydration, and nutrition are key to consistent body performance.

High Performance Programs. In most other sports athletes, footballers, and tennis players train for performance. In golf we think just hitting hundreds of golf balls is enough to improve. To become the best we can be, we should train like other sportsmen do. This will also bring all three elements together in a structured fashion, with continual support and review.

Custom Fitting.Make sure your clubs fit your game, right throughout the bag. A comprehensive fitting service is available on woods, irons, wedges, putters, and even your golf ball!! This includes all major manufacturers. TITLEIST, TAYLOR MADE, NIKE.

Corporate Days/Team Building. Group clinics, Video Clinics, On Course tuition, 1st tee swing analysis, Par3 challenge against the Pro are all available

UK Golf Schools. UK Golf Schools are run during the summer months for those of you who want to work intensively on your game with Group coaching packages are available if you don't live in the area. It is also available for complete beginners.

European Golf Schools.  European Golf Schools are organised during the cold winter months in the UK. There are a variety of destinations and packages available.
